More specifically, I have to send files between two machines located on different Ethernets. These twio LAN's are connected by a slow (9600 bps) X25 line, and GS1 gateways from Bridge . When ftp sends a full window (more than 20K), the gateway drops most of the packets. Anything I can do to lower the window users by Sun's ftp ? Thanks in advance Jean-Jacques Pansiot Departement d'Informatique, Universite Louis Pasteur Strasbourg , France E-mail: D32107@FRCCSC21.bitnet
