It is sold as a separate product by IBM for about 50 bucks/PC (with quantity discounts if you know the right IBM'er). Note that the file names are of the form DXM_0MOD.SYS (zero, not oh). If I have it straight, DXMA... is the actual hardware driver, DXMC... is the DOS interrupt arbitrator, and DXMT... is NetBios. Or something like that.
