Ok, I did get PC3270 to work with DXMC0MOD.SYS but not while
also running the LAN program.  When I use DXMC1MOD.SYS and
run the LAN program I have to have 'es=1 est=1' as parameters
of DXMT0MOD.SYS.  The IBMTOKEN driver won't initialize with
these parameters and DXMC0MOD.SYS.
