Does anyone have any information about the source for John
Leong's "watch" program or his whereabouts? The program is
used in the PCIP Netwatch program to decode captured packets.

I believe it was originally part of the ka9q suite. I've
tried, to no avail, his last address -- leong@cmu-cs-h.
