I am using a Motorolla 147 card (with a 68030), but trials show that the speed of data transfer using sockets is about 2Mbit/sec. Is this to be expected? Has anyone rewritten the driver to make it faster? I need low-level access to ethernet packets, as the device is part of a network bridge. Any information on the driver or people's experience with the ethernet and VxWorks would be useful. Thanks in advance.
