Reading it carefully, in the text portion it refers to "...the right to develop for a network of workstations...". Later, it refers to "...your project..." in several instances, but the sense seems to be that they are one and the same. I don't think there is any time duration in mind. In essence, they appear to be formalizing the counting of targets, rather than changing the basic terms. However, I agree that the wording is slightlyt ambiguous.
