Does anyone have/know of any public domain/shareware source code for
a PRINTCAP utility and the PRINTCAP file for PC compatible printers?

If this is not available, is there a book listing control sequences
for various PC compatible printers?  I need about 4 or 5 sequences
apiece for as many printers as can be obtained.
