I've got to do some porting to a PC, so I need some basic utilities:

compress/uncompress (preferably 16-bit)
tar or a tar clone
yacc and lex
make

As I'm new to the PC world, I don't know what's available, or where to
get any of it.  If you have any of the above in executable form for a
'286 machine, or know where I can get them, send me mail.  Also, I can't
ftp, so ftp sites don't do me any good.  And please be fairly specific
with names and such.  Like I said, I'm new to the PC world.
