It also seems to modify DATA in these programs that looks like the MOVE instruction. I had a number of programs that would fail on my 020, work fine if I executed deciGEL, and go BONKERS if I Fix68010'd them. I'd recommend staying away from Fix68010. Of course, I have no idea what your original problem is. If SimCity works fine, then it IS booting. Just try running deciGEL as one of the first items in your Startup-Sequence.
