What an incredible blast. I just installed the beast this afternoon, and was immediately dragged away for family affairs (yes, I know, I should look into my priorities), so I haven't tested everything. But the preliminary estimates show close to a 2x performance increase over my A2620. The actual ratio is in the ballpark of 1079/602 for this specific program I have been developing. I have not tried '030 specific Lattice compile of the program, either. A few demos, such as Klidex of recent BADGE fame, go almost too fast to see what is going on. So, basically, I'm thrilled, ecstatic, and very pleased. Go out and purchase one if you have the bucks.
