Once I got some to try, the Interface recognized the drive and the software all ran fine, and yes I could Autoboot. The diskperfs were comparable to the A590 which I had purchased because I needed a working system right away. Reads at high buffer sizes may be better. (I compared with the same SCSI drive, not the drive internal to the A590 which of course was slower and I didn't have time to tweak parameters for the best results). I now have a spare controller with 2M of RAM. I prefer the styling/arrangement of the A590. So I'd like to sell the Supra... It cost me ~$440 with the 2M SupraRAM, any offers??? You'd need a power supply and SCSI drive, and a cabinet for the drive, etc. email to: eberger@b.psc.edu -Ed Berger
