If C='s (federal systems?) marketroids had any long-range vision, they
would pay R&R's (or Meridian's, or Verdix's, or ...) development costs
_for_ them.  Then again, weren't they the same people who said, 
"Desktop III?  What's a desktop eye-eye-eye?"
