I was away from News for a couple days and missed it. I've had this same sort of problem: with the volume in this group it is easy to miss Fred's postings. And people do go on vacation, too. Would it be possible for one or more of the archive sites to keep copies of these contents sheets? I realize that there are separate contents files for each disk, but it is a real nuisance to ftp each one and then concatenate them. They just aren't very useful on a one-file-per-disk basis. An alternative would be for the archivers to concatenate several of the lists, and keep listings in multiples of 50 disks. The new ones can be catted onto the end of the last list as they come in. Anybody willing to do this? --Mark
