Did you read the lengthy documentation file that came with it, first?

I can understand your excitement at the munging of your hard drive, but I
use MRBackup and have not had any trouble yet -- nothing like this.  I
suspect you are just not fully aware of the operation of MRBackup -- (I'm
not sure I am, really, either :-).  Give Mark a break;  his program's ok,
and I'M sure he'd be more than glad to help you with your problems if you'd
just ask... (he's really a nice guy).  However, since you posted this, I
imagine you'll be hearing from him here pretty soon anyway...
