As to the revision problem I think it a good idea to have your machine brought
up to the 4.5 rev but I think that you might want to check the rev numbers
of the roms on the 2620. If you do not have the latest then that might be the 
the thing to look into.  The latest roms can be purchased from your dealer
through the parts department. This was the soulution I used when having the
same difficulty on my machine and found that it worked fine after the new revs
were installed.
