I would like to thank all the people that have responded to my
request for handling multiple architecture libraries;
Stephen Vinoski, Robert Stanzel, Tom Lyons, Ellis Oliver Jones,
etc.  There were 2 ways described, both making use of the ISP
environment variable.  One was like the /usr/lib is setup,
with links to multiple architecture lib dirs and the other with 
multiple lib files linked in the same directory.  I chose the
latter method.  Seems to work fine, though installing new libs
requires carefull planning.
