  I recently purchased "Life and Death" and have progressed to the point
where I get to nick the peritoneum during the appendectomy.  However, it
seems no matter how carefully I wield the scissors I wind up cutting the
colon or intestine.  I'm quickly depleting the population of this mythical
town.  Before it drops to 1 (me), could someone E-mail a hint on how to
properly cut at that point?  I'd appreciate it and so would me patients.
