Virtual Memory for Apple

I was looking at some old (1984) issues of Nibble and found something amazed
me.  A product called SmartChip from Quantum Leap Technologies gives Apple the
ability of having virtual memory even when net worked, multitasking - can run 
as many as 4 integrated software, and a BASIC language called Mega BASIC -
mainframe business and engineering basic, which brings maching language speeds.
It was priced at $495.00

Does anyone has idea about this product?
