I'm considering the HP Paintjet for color printing from my ST.

Here are some details on the Paintjet:

RESOLUTION - can print up to 7 colors at 180 dpi
	     can print up to 330 colors at 90 dpi
	     prints text at 180 dpi

SPEED - 167 chars/sec text; graphics printing should take about 4 to 8 minutes
        per page depending on various factors
         
Impressive, all in all, for a street price of about $990. 

Now, some questions.
- Is there a Paintjet printer driver for Degas or Spectrum 512 format files?
- Is there a GDOS printer driver for it?
- Has anyone tried the Pagestream Paintjet driver from Softlogik?
