I can get the _screen_ to change rez, but I can't get AES, etc. to fully recognize the change. I managed to set bit planes correctly by changing the line A variable at base + 0, but it's still confused about the width of the screen in text columns, etc. Does anybody know what Line A variables I need to change to do this? Is there an offical Atari-sanctioned, guaranteed-not-to-break-ever way of pulling this off? (Please post replies to the net as it would be interesting to finally see a techincal discussion on this newsgroup intsead of flames!) Thanks, Dave Baggett (mail to dmb@TIS.COM)
