We are in great need of some PostScript utilities that run on a PC.
Specifically we need a text converter that will take an ASCII file and
create a printable PostScript file.  We would also like to find a
program that would allow previewing PostScript plots/text on an EGA/VGA.
My lab is on a very tight budget so most commercial software is out of
the question.  Public domain or shareware would be best. 

Any replies, posts would be appreciated.
