I just downloaded it and had the same reaction.  Terrific game, and I'd
expect a registration form, a DOC file, or at least a screen of credits 
for the fine programming.  There was no city given in the copyright notice, 
so I can't call "California Dreams", the copyright owner to find out.

Anybody out there know?
