If I can just dodge between these darn flames... :-)

I'm looking for a port of RCS (Resource Control System) to the IBM PC.
Specifically, I'm looking for the source code of such a port.  Does
this thing A) exist, and B) can I get it?

Please e-mail me if you've either heard of this, and know how to get it,
or if you know for sure that it _hasn't_ been ported.
