And you get true 32 memory transfers and most of the replacement boards support 4 or 8MB on the board it self and upto 16Mb using a 0 wait state 32 bit slot.... Plus the clock rate runs a lot better... the All Charge Card will not work at 20Mhz (Maxes out at 16)...
