I have a 286 machine running 2.0 of Microsoft Windows. I am also running a program by MicroGraphix that is called Designer. Now, when I run them both at the same time on the same screen it is incredibly slow. For example, I have Write (the Windows wordprocessor) up and I want to paste a picture in there from the Designer program. This would take so long. Now does anyone have any Idea how I could fix this. I was thinking , if I had a Ramdrive that I could put the windows program in there but that I think would take a lot of memory. Now my PC AT compatible is only running at 8 mhz . Do they sell anyting that can make it run faster. Thanks. respond to debotton@andromeda.rutgers.edu ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Leonard De Botton ----- student at large ^ ^ debotton@andromeda.rutgers.edu ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
