I don't know what speed ratings these chips carry, but you can call your local rep and find out. I suggest you get ahold of a copy of the _IC_Master_ and learn how to use it. That very ability has saved my life on a number of occassions. Also, Motorola has a part called the MC68332, which is an embedded controller based on a 16.67MHz MC68010 core CPU. It has many other features, some of which come from the MC68020. This is a very nice part (but probably _VERY_ expensive). By the way, there is a company called Krueger that sells refurbished ICs. Apparently they remove the parts from PC boards and clean them up. There ad in _IC_Master_ says that they carry 68010s and 68020s. These are probably just Motorola's parts, but I'm sure they are cheaper than new ones.
