Message-ID: <63400001@hpl-opus.HP.COM> Date: 12 Dec 89 22:28:11 GMT Organization: HP Labs, High Speed Electronics Dept., Palo Alto, CA Lines: 11 I want to connect an HP Quietjet printer to a MAC to print out ASCII files generated by a simple editor, such as the one supplied with WORKS. Does anyone know if this can be done? Can I connect it up through the centronix port on the printer, or do I have to go serial? The printer manual says that I can configure the plotter drivers using some kind of a program that HP supplies, but I am skeptical. I need a reliable printer connection. Thanks in advance, Tom K.
