I have ordered from the Chip Merchant I think 9 times now...
Generally they are good but sloppy...
one set of 14 sims was delivered in a box of packing peanuts UNWRAPED! I 
returned them. They generally only deal COD unless you set up a trade account
with them. Shippment has been timely, at times I have had to wait up to
2 weeks to place an order, wouldnt take it untill chips in stock. I live in 
Nor Cal and this means long distance every day till they do.
