I was wondering if anyone familiar with data bases could help me? I want 
to do a project which would involve using about 12-14 different fields
of information. The time frame for the project will be about 5 years.
During this time I will have to generate reports using various fields to 
pull info from the data base, but will have to have all info marked by
date as to when it was entered. First; what would be the best (if any)
data base to use, and Second; can a "layman" (myself) configure such a
data base properly, or would I have to get "expert" advise?   Thanks in
