Is it possible to create a color PICT file and use it to create a
startupscreen?  I know you can do it for PICT files in B&W.  What
about in color?  If it is possible, what do I have to do or what
utilities are recommended?  Also, any info on what the requirements
are for startupscreen documents, (ie. file type etc).  Please reply
to ctan@aludra.usc.edu if possible.  Thanks.
