I have been reminded that the Dow Jones newsbriefs regarding the
Xerox-Apple lawsuit that I forwarded to the net are copyrighted material
and should not have been distributed in that fashion.  Please accept my
apologies (it was really, really late :-|) and do not resend or forward
the newsbriefs if possible.
