Please tell me how to accomplish this wonderous feat. I've got backgound printing enabled. When I print, control returns to the application fairly quickly. And then every few seconds while the file is printed, menus stop working and keystrokes get lost. This does not sound like "not waiting" to me. I suppose if I typed at 3wpm, it might not be a problem, but I type a lot faster than this, and it is quite annoying. Tim Smith ps: yes, it is better than not having background printing enabled. But it is a *long* way from what it should be. I hope this works better under System 7.
