I'm posting this for a friend that does not have net access:

Does anybody has any experience (good or bad) on hooking up a
NANAO 8060S multisync monitor to a Mac II with Apple 8bit card?

I'd like to know how hard (piece of cake -> impossible) it is to
make a homebrew cable for it.  I have the pin-out for the Apple
video card, but somehow I lost my NANAO manual, so I don't have the
pin-out on the monitor.

Please reply even if it's a "Buy the cable from XXX" or "Forget it,
it's impossible, get an Apple RGB/Sony CPD/NEC MultiSync etc."
