(I don't know if this has been covered before...)

I need some help designing a card which will present about 15 questions
for the user to answer.  I would *like* to have a single scrolling text field
with the questions spaced out so that the answers can be typed after each
question.  But I don't see how I would be able to lock the question text.

Has anybody done this or handled this Q&A format some other way (without
resorting to dialog boxes or multiple fields .e. two separarate text fields
{_one for the question and the other for answer - for each of the 15
questios)) ?  (I'd also like evrything to appear on one card only...
otherwise the solution would be obvious.)
