The displacement field uses the MSbits to encode the length of the
displacement field. There are 1,2 and 4 byte options, giving :

1 byte displacement	7 bit field, +- 2**6	+- 64
2 byte displacement	14 bit field, +- 2**13	+- 8k
4 byte displacement	30 bit field, +- 2**29	+- 512 MByte

The physical adrs range of the specific model 32000 may limit the practical
use of these ranges.
