Keywords: shadow passwd hashing yellow pages Message-ID: <15029@well.UUCP> Date: 15 Dec 89 18:49:56 GMT Distribution: usa Lines: 20 Earlier this year I downloaded shadow from one of the sources newsgroups. I'm just now getting around to looking at it and have a few questions. Does it have a way to use YP or some password hashing scheme? Our password file has over 3300 entries, and presently we're using YP to keep login times to a reasonable length. Does anyone have any experience setting up the shadow login on a Sequent? We've got a B8, running Dynix. Thanks in advance.
