I am very interested in numbers for this. I am perfectly willing to take (almost) best case results, since my application will involve coarse-grain sequential reads of binary files. So what ballpark is it going to be in? 400 kB/s? 600 kB/s? 1000 kB/s? -- John D. McCalpin - mccalpin@masig1.ocean.fsu.edu mccalpin@scri1.scri.fsu.edu mccalpin@delocn.udel.edu
