Does anyone know any magic that will enable the actions of scrolling a
text window up and down by a page to be bound to keyboard keys?  What I
want to do is to make pressing R15 equivalent to pressing the middle
button with the mouse cursor in a scrollbox and to make R9 the equivalent
of pressing SHIFT-MIDDLE with the mouse cursor in a scrollbox.

Can this be done?
