Arnet tells me that this is a rare problem, and that they are working on it - shipping date in three weeks, they said (as of a week or so ago). (My obvious lack of confidence in the date is caused by the knowledge that the fix was promised to another site (ncoast) some time ago but never delivered. "ncoast" is now using a Star*Gate board. Am I the only one using an Arnet board with modems and having this problem? If you are in the same boat please send me e-mail; I'd like to see how many are in the boat with me. If you have any workarounds that would be nice, too. Michael L.
