We're looking into applying fault-tolerant techniques into
transputer networks and we would like to find out if
anyone has experienced/researched failed link switches.
I would like to find out the likely ways in which C004
link switches fail (e.g. the whole chip fails? a stuck at fault
on one link? stuck at faults on a group of links? etc?).

Maybe the designers of the link switch could help?
