I am looking for a WordPerfect (any version) -> TeX or LaTeX 
converter.

Anything that handles the minimum (like underline, etc) 
would be great.  Footnotes, etc would be even better.

Does anyone know if one exists or where I should look for it?  I can 
FTP, access Bitnet servers, etc. if needed.
