Keywords: HP LJIIP, dvijep, postscript, Pacific Page Message-ID: <1989Dec21.192506.7554@uncecs.edu> Date: 21 Dec 89 19:25:06 GMT Organization: UNC Educational Computing Service Lines: 18 I just printed some files produced by Beebe's DVIJEP and latex on a LJIIP. There seemed to be no problem. I am considering buying the IIP to hang off a SUN 4/110. What is really attractive is the possibility of PostScript support through the Pacific Page cartridge, at $695, thereby giving one the best of both worlds at modest(??) price. The IIP is about $1000. The cheapest LaserWriter I can find with PS is $3400. To cut a long story short, has anyone used (beta-tested?) the PacPage cartridge with the IIP? Is there a hidden price in more memory to be bought for latex-->dvi-->PS-->printed page ? Will appreciate any comments. Thanks Omar A. Karim Department of Physics UNC-Wilmington
