I just tried using it with the NS16550A UART chips, which have FIFO queues for TX and RX and are supposed to be supported by 386/ix. No go. It doesn't work. What is strange is that a while ago there was an article here from someone who reported success with this card and UARTs. If this combination can be made to work then I would appreciate it if someone told me how. Thanks, Witold
