I've had great luck with 2.3.2 386MC on my Model 80-111.  I am only running
2 VT100 terminals and the console, but performance is where it should be for
this machine.

I'm responding to you on a 2.3.2 386GT system, and they are both in full
support of MFM, ESDI and SCSI devices.
