I'm using twm X Consortium R4 beta version on an HP 9000 series 300
monochrome.  I have found some behavior anomalies.  I'm looking for
explanations or a suggestion of how and whether to submit bug reports.

1.  When I invoke f.restart, all my windows shift down and to the left about 5
    pixels.  This results in my bottommost windows being slightly off my
    display.

2.  My pop-up menu entries don't show up (are black-on-black?)  until I scroll
    over the entries the first time.  The menu title stays black-on-black no
    matter what.  They highlight goes black-on-white and after highlight is
    taken away, the entry goes white-on-black as I expected in the first
    place.  Here is my color scheme.
