I have tested several X servers for the PC. I would say that PC Xsight has been the worst product I have tested. The best by far in terms of performance and support has been the GSS XView. The big problem (among others) that I had with Xsight is that it wouldn't work through gateways. The documentation and the support people at Locus says that it should, but it definitely doesn't. The people at Locus have been unresponsive, and finally told me that the network code is there for gateways, but it wasn't tested. There next version is supposed to use the FTP network code, but they didn't even offer a upgrade. Other PC Xservers, X11/AT - looks good, ok performance, limited colors. glenn -- Glenn L.
