  Ok, I admit it, I still haven't figured out how to _programatically_
  manipulate (ie, turn-off) the MWM decorations (using the
  MWM_DECOR_XXXX flags from MwmUtil.h).  And nobody responded to my
  last request.  And I don't have access to the _MWM_ Programmers
  Guide.

  Could any MOTIF guru out there PLEASE post/send an example?  Thanks!
