I just got an Annex II terminal server.  The documentation talks about
performing a LEAP preprocessing function for GNU emacs.  When I looked
through my gmacs directory (18.55), the necessary file wasn't there.

Is this a supported function?  What level do I need to be running?  Where
do I get leap.c from?
