I am using a Vax-station 2000 under vms 4.7.  I think that it has dec-windows 
(it has the uis objects and logicals and a fancy graphics screen and mouse),
unfortunately the documentation with the system is rather sparse.  I am looking
for emacs to run on the system that will use the mouse and the windowing.  Is 
there such software available on one of the nets  ie. internet/ftp, arpa/ftp
bitnet/server etc?  Additionally I need to support a wyse 185 (vt320) terminal
for it.  Thanks for your help.
