the host sunybcs is retiring from the uucp business and the host
acsu.buffalo.edu is taking its place.  it *should* be sufficient
to change all instances of sunybcs to acsu.buffalo.edu but i can't
make any promises.  new maps have been sent and for awhile sunybcs
should be considered dead.

i'm certainly sorry that acsu.buffalo.edu is so much longer than sunybcs
but as we all know 'all the good ones have been taken'.
